Aniket Thacker currently leads the Embedded Finance Platform and Partnerships with FinTechs and Unicorns for Kotak Mahindra Bank. He also heads the Startup Centre of Excellence, collaborating with incubators, accelerators, VCs, and other partners to design programs for startups.
Known for his negotiation skills, Aniket has closed key collaborations with emerging FinTechs and ecosystem partners. Previously, he led the Video KYC implementation at RBL Bank and launched RazorpayX, India’s leading SME Neo-Bank.
Aniket has been recognized with the ‘MD’s Award for Innovation’ at RBL Bank and ‘Young Leader of the Year’ at a recent BFSI conference. As an international speaker, he has participated in events across Europe, the UK, Dubai, and will attend the Singapore FinTech Festival in November.
In his current role, he works with FinTechs, incubators, VCs, and startup communities to drive business growth and scale Kotak’s Liabilities business. His global collaborations span across the UK, Germany, Israel, Finland, and more.
Earlier in his career, Aniket held leadership roles at Citibank and LTI-MindTree, focusing on digital transformation and product innovation for banking.
