Manoj is the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at IndusInd Bank, where he leads the development and execution of the bank’s information security strategy. He plays a critical role in safeguarding the organization’s assets by driving security initiatives, fostering collaboration within the financial services ecosystem, and staying ahead of emerging risks and technologies.
Prior to joining IndusInd Bank, Manoj served as the SVP & CISO for NSDL and Global CISO for HCL Technologies, where he spearheaded security, compliance, and risk management programs across the enterprise. He has also held leadership roles in information security at various organizations, contributing to his extensive experience in the field.
Manoj is actively involved in industry forums and regulatory initiatives, regularly participating as a speaker at global events. He holds a master’s degree in computer engineering and has earned multiple industry-standard certifications. Recognized for his leadership and contributions, Manoj has received numerous awards, particularly for his impact in the BFSI sector.
